Blogger Statistics

Quite a few people reading and writing blogs

The NY Times everyones favorite source of conventional 'establishment' (as opposed to anti-establishment or alternative or tabloid or popular) news quotes today from the Pew Internet & American Life Project. There are around 57 million Americans (60% of whom are caucasian) who read around 12 million blogs. Whats that around 33% of the adult population reading what about 15% of the population has written? About 45% of the population reads books. 99.9% watches TV (I made that up).

As Matt B. used to say in his Brooklyn folk wisdom, 'if its free its for me'. Thanks for your support.
