Now the land of Thatcher is doing a test program with their already infamous "security" cameras to use loudspeakers to publically chastise those who are seen on camera doing such 'crimes' like littering.

For God's sake what happened to trash collection, private property protection and violent crime prevention ? Now the state is going after litterbugs with hightech. Thats really pathetic and an over-reach and a waste of money and dissipates focus from the the real and necessary roles for the state.
