William F. Buckley said, to paraphrase, that he would be more comfortable being ruled by the first 30 people listed in the New York City phone book than our legislative bodies. Well, how about on the Administration side? Kudos to whomever is doing this (or is it for real? ):

Who was it that said we must be aware of charisma in our leaders as this only distracts from rational analysis of their policies ? :-).
